We continued to roll out our Phone Monitor (PM.net ) phone monitoring application for clients in 2014, and anticipate installing even more in the coming year with the availability of more features.
Clients are finding that the key advantage of this system over its main competitor is that it is a more cost effective solution, reducing the need for add-ons and additional licence fees.
PM.net has a “Live View” component that displays live call information on an intranet web page for our Pabx systems. We have developed a solution that will enable us to extract and display the information for “Live View”, giving clients easy access to metrics such as call flows and on-hold calls. This new component enables clients to extract far more live information from their phone systems, benefitting customers who require real time information.
