You can sort, search, filter, and rearrange the tabular data or export it directly to a spreadsheet program for further analysis. Cradle to Grave also includes a recording library in which all calls are catalogued.

This is true Realtime Monitoring – there’s no refresh rate, lag or delay. As soon as a new call comes in, the data will appear on the Agent Timeline, Group Timeline or Realtime canvases.

Agent Dashboards*: Chronicall’s Agent Dashboard module allows you to take Realtime Monitoring out of the web browser and onto the desktop. With pop-up notifications and desktop widgets that allow the Chronicall system to be as inconspicuous as possible, agents can easily track data, see the status of other Realtime users and send messages and files to one another.
